bipolar,  hypomania,  mental health issues,  inept health care system,  anxiety,  SAD,  treatment options,  circadian rhythms,  setting boundaries,  maintaining structure,  accepting my mental illnesses

DRUGS I AM TAKING:

Lamotrigine & Lithium; also very necessary- minocycline,  fish oil,  & trazodone

ABOUT ME:

I am a bit of a groovy punk who is trying to find her groove in life again. I am also trying to make peace with both my immediate and extended family that have un-managed bipolar and various addictions. One of the happier moments in my day is when I swallow my pills. It is greatly comforting.
