Hi!! My name is Kim and I am currently on a "diet". I am 37 years old and work as a nurse. I have 4 children ages 19,18,16,and 2. I currently weigh 200 pounds and I am 5'5 1/2 inches tall, so you see, I am short and fat!!! I feel tired all the time and I know it is due to my weight. My blood pressure is borderline high and I do not even know what my cholesterol is, not sure I want to know. That about sums it up I guess. I am really hoping to share stories and frustrations with those of you that are "in the same boat".
