I describe it has a dual headache on the entire right side of the brain. Sometimes it feels like the tingly sensation like when your foot falls asleep and you begin to move it. Since the surgery, by migraines are different. They start with severe nausea and then severe pain across the back of my head on both sides and then move to the right side. I now have a new nerosurgeon in hopes in finding an answer. Topamax sent me into a deep dark depressive state and I have just started Repakote.
