My Brain never stops hurting

Since I have been on preventative medication for my migraines, Topamax and now Depakote the right side of my brain never stops hurting. I describe it has a dual headache on the entire right side of the brain. Sometimes it feels like the tingly sensation like when your foot falls asleep and you begin to move it. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thank you and I hope for everyone to have a painless day!

Topamax sent me into a deep dark depressive state and I have just started Repakote. I have been on Lyica and an anti-depressant Lexapro...
