I found that Marinol works great on preventing migraines--it expands and loosens up the blood vessels and muscles in my head. Right now, I'm taking just the 2.5's but I think that I'll wind up taking 5's, since the doctors are only allowed to prescribe 2 doses a day. If I switch to the 5's, I think thank I'll be... I've suffered from chronic migraines for most of my life. I'm 53 yrs. old and have been taking prescription meds. for over 30 years (Oramorph SR for the past 10).
