We all get auras that are freaky and bizzare at times. I get chronic daily migraines that are not at all well managed and have not been well manged in years. I have been on Lyrica, 150 mg, for a bit now. And at that dose I have been having issues. Some issues I can do little about, side effects like spwelling and muscle pain. But one side effect had to stop. In the morning I was so beyond groggy I have no word for it; loopy, confused and right out of it. AIWS plus migraine... Read more

Well, the Lyrica was definately working as a preventative, which I was aware of, even if it did not sound impressive... migraines three times a week and more for hormonal is way better than everyday. Plus the Axert just does not quite work as well as the Amerge and Imitrex, as in the migraine comes back, but I can avoid the more adverse... Read more

I am the stupidest smart person I know. Honestly. I ran out of my Axert script, as in used it too many times and can't get more for a week. However, I had some Amerge left over. I was getting some adverse affects from it, as in asthma attacks and shortness of breath. But given the fact that if I miss one more day... Read more
