ABOUT ME:

Im 29, I was officially diagnosed with bipolar about two years ago and denied it. Im beginning to believe I probably had it my whole life. I had self medicated for many, many years. My whole life came to a head this past July when one of my heroes, my grandfather, passed away. After a very bad situation after his death I decided to get clean and learn how to be healthy and manage this disease. So thats my story in a nutshell...and here I am!
