ABOUT ME:

I am 53(soon to be),married,mom of 2 young adult children and Nana to 3(soon to be 4),perm. disabled but feel I could work. Empty nester since Feb 2008. Health gone down hill since becoming a Nana.Had to help my daughter and her children. My health has suffered and want to get to being better.Gotta learn to take care of myself or I won't be around for anyone. Not that bad off but am slowly gaining weight and already at 268 lbs. No vehicle to be able to get out and go to gym(free w/ Humana/Medicare). Too many bad dogs around to go walking.Considered walking on our acre here.Just gotta do it. Adopted a canine friend recently to help keep me more active. No friends here. Here is new and do not have a home church as yet.Moved here Oct 2005 from FL.
