I finally saw a specialist yesterday and she recommends Nadolol (Beta-Blocker) and Limitrol (anti-depressant & anti-anxiety combo) at night and Lexapro (anti-depressant) in morning. Everyone in my Family is getting over a cold. Now I have the symptoms (well at least a sore throat). I have pain on my left side like a migraine but it seems like it's sinus and congestion related. Hi, my husband thinks I am crazy and my migraines are brought on by my own compulsive thinking. I understand stress is a trigger, however my head pain is triggered by alot of other things. Is there anything on this site for him to read to help him understand. Maybe then I could get a little sympathy from him.
