well i have had another reconstruction to my nose, this time it involved taking a chunk from my left ear and putting that on my nose, no nostril rim still thou. but he has built up my nose and is growing tissue inside my nose which will eventually be my nostril! clever stuff, looks like it is taking this time fingers crossed. my ears are both now...
