I have had ME/CFS & Fibro for over 20 years. During this time I've been involved in creating support groups and/or helping lead support groups. I currently offer an independent e-newsletter to help those who are cognitively challenged information they might otherwise not ever see.I am married nearly 50 years and have two sons and a grandson and granddaughter. I have 1 dog and 3 cats. I am active in my church and the Red Hat Society.
I am a member of the CFIDS Association of America and Fibromyalgia Network and frequent the About.com Fibro and CFS forum and the Delphi Fibro and CFS Forum.
My new hobby is making beaded jewelry. I love semi-precious gemstones and look for affordable gemstone beads to use in my designs. Right now I only make for family and friends.
