My pain is horrible i had a spinal fudion last year of the L4 and L5 they had to put 2 new discs in that area then they fused it they went threw the front to put the discs in and cut my back to fuse it. Then 2 months ago i had a torn labrum fixed and ten bone spurs removed from my shoulder.
