Tips for dealing with side effect of Fatigue

I had an episode of Status Migrainosus 18 months ago and have been on Topomax, protriptyline, and metoprolol on a daily basis since. I have been able to manage the side effects for the most part but some days the fatigue is so bad I have trouble getting out of bed. Does anyone know of a good all natural long lasting energy booster.
