      <title>Osteoporosis and weight bearing exercises (max weight?) </title>
      <description>Hi all,I have osteoporosis and lift weights, but I have been unable to find anywhere what the maximum safe weight to lift for people with osteoporosis is.&#160; I am 51 and petite.&#160; Does anybody have any advice or ideas?Thanks.</description>
