      <title>Eating triggers munchies ??</title>
      <description>Ok...so when I get up in the morning, I'm not hungry at all. But as soon as I start eating anything solid, I feel hungry for rest of the day even if my stomach feels like its going &quot;pop&quot;. I've tried different foods (for a first meal of the day) to see if that would make a difference and so far no matter what I eat, I still have the &quot;munchies&quot; for the rest of the day.
I've tried just carb, just protein, just fruit, just oatmeal and then a...</description>
