Have been diagnosed since 2004, and, still smoking (wrong, I know). I'm reaching end stage and getting info for my family, they need to know about "the end", and what to do for themselves. I'm not afraid to die, I'm only afraid of the feeling of "being suffocated". I have read several good articles that give great info and help.PHOTOS:
