confused!

I am 51 had about 10 hot flushes earlier on this year. BP dropped to 86/55 and had a terrible headache for a few days. Went on some salt pills and the BP went back to normal. 110/80. Havent had a period for three months and my labido is flat and i cant seem to have as intense orgasim as i used to
