ABOUT ME:

have had a lot of back/leg pain over the years, work only partime as body permits. Am in the process of withdrawal off of oxcycontin, not travelling real well with that. Have started rehab back in the pool which helps. looking for ways to manage pain without getting hooked back on drugs.
