Finding quick and easy food on the go can be a real hassle when you have Celiac Disease. Fast food is generally a no-no, the fries are cooked in the same oil as breaded chicken nuggets and it seems that everyone in the world likes to add wheat to their seasonings for no apparent reason. Technically? No. Celiac disease is not a wheat "allergy" or even a gluten "allergy" for that matter. According to the Celiac Disease Foundation:
