HEALTH INTERESTS:

Art - watercolor,  sketching and I would love to sculpt one day. I love to read and love animals. First and foremost is God and my family!

DRUGS I AM TAKING:

Cymbalta 1200 mg.,  Trileptal 900 mg. 3X day,  alprazolam as needed (generic Xanax)

ABOUT ME:

Life-long anxiety and depression unaddressed until later in life. I stress out easily and as life happened, I simply could not cope working and trying to take care of myself. I am on disability as of 2002 and finally on right combination of meds that help me tremendously although I know I will never be free of chronic depression - now called Bipolar 2 and the many chronic forms of anxiety that I have. Seeing a psychiatrist and getting on the right meds, LITTLE BY LITTLE, has made such a difference. I could NOT take the medications in full strength at first and had to take small incremental doses until I arrived at the strength needed.
