lithium,  lamictal,  abilify,  propanalol

ABOUT ME:

My home is in the lovely midwest - I have lived here most of my life.  My bipolar diagnosis came at the age of 32.  I have raised 4 children and they are all fine adults.  I have a one-year-old grandaughter - we like to watch "Wiggles" together.

My husband is my monitor and my rock.  He is always there for me even though my illness is tough for him to understand.  I am grateful and blessed.

I have been doing pretty well for the past 2 1/2 years - no hospitalizations, no big highs, no big lows.  Some instability, but I manage to stay fairly well most of the time. I am passionate about support groups. I am passionate about working toward good health.
