I just had my last surgery (right ankle joint fusion) on April 30, 2007. I came out of my cast 1 month ago Tuesday, and I am 90% recovered. Thanks to my orthopedic surgeon and some natural juice I've been drinking, my inflammation is completely gone.PHOTOS:
