      <title>Blood Pressure of 210/103</title>
      <description>&amp;nbsp;How high can your blood pressure go before the worry of a stroke?&amp;nbsp; Yesterday I had a migraine and my blood pressure went up to 210/103.&amp;nbsp; I didn&amp;#39;t know whether to call the emergency squad or not.&amp;nbsp; I didn&amp;#39;t.&amp;nbsp;After migraine was gone, 4 hours later, my blood pressure was down to 140/90.&amp;nbsp;In the future, what high blood pressure reading is just plain too high?&amp;nbsp;Kathy</description>
