      <title>toning up. food, excersize?</title>
      <description>hey. I am a 19 year old female. I'm 5'6 and 115 pounds. i know i am at a healthy weight but my body is not very toned and i carry most of my weight in my stomach and chest and have very thin arms and legs and very narrow hips. I was just wondering what types of excersizes i should do for my body. adding muscle to legs and arms and slimming my waist and toning my abs. thanks. what about food?
