Today for me is not a good day. I take pain medicine and it does not help or it only lasts a few hours. My mom had knee surgery and I am trying to take care of her and take care of the house and fix dinner for me and my father. Trying to stay awake from my medicine is very hard. I can not sleep tonight. My headache is so bad and I do not know why.. I watch everything I eat and I make sure it is not one of my triggers. I have been having intractable Migraines for 3 years now and they are everyday and they are so severe that I have to stay in bed.
