      <title>Is it really possible to lose 3-4 pounds a week?</title>
      <description>I'm a 32 year old, 5'11&quot;, 255 lb female.&amp;nbsp; I have cut my caloric intake to 1200 cal per day, and am exercising 60-80 minutes a day. ( I do a circuit like at Curves) and 1.5 miles on the treadmill (in 30&amp;nbsp; minutes).&amp;nbsp; Is this enough for weightloss of 3-4 pounds per week?</description>
