      <title>I need help</title>
      <description>Hi,&amp;nbsp;I have high cholesterol ...and&amp;nbsp;I have question. Sometimes when&amp;nbsp;I walk&amp;nbsp;I can&amp;#39;t control my legs... is it&amp;nbsp;because of&amp;nbsp;the high cholesterol? ...also the carbohydrate is high so what kind food helps to lower the cholesterol and the carbohydrate ..and by the way I am 40....and my cholesterol is 280mg. </description>
