I wake up wondering why the heck I quit smoking. Doc said no more energy drinks so just ignore the Full Throttle in my hand. I will quit them..maybe tomorrow.  Rage courses through my veins with my blood, my entire body angry. Grrr...venting new to bipolar

I was diagnosed with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) & put on meds over 12yrs ago. Back into Oct life just wasn't working I started going to talk therapy.
