Daily migraines and Fioreset medicine

My Fiance is waking up daily with a feeling of a burning sensation in one area on the left side of her head (above the ear and side). She takes Fioreset (spelling?) which stops the pain in 10-20 minutes. This is now happening on a daily basis and is depressing her. Are there any suggestions and should she be afraid of the medicine and it's toxic effects from using it daily.
Thanks!
