  • Bio: I live and have lived with chronic pain for several years now.I have herniations in C4- C6-7 also with a bone spur at last C spine level.i have lumbar stenosis,herniations at L 4-5 and L5-S1.I have had failed back surgery syndrome now since 2007.I am here to meet others,with pain issues,as well as to get as educated as I can,regarding latest tx for my conditions.

ABOUT ME:

I am a married 44 year old female with two sons.I suffer with spinal stenosis cervical, and lumbar.I had surgery on l-4,l-5 last year, and I cant see that much improvement, especially with the sciatica, and now in both legs now.I have also had several steroidal blocks, and the only thing that got me was about 10-15 pounds of extra weight.Does anyone have similar peoblems like me? If so I would like to chat and compare notes,so to speak.
