      <title>Need help in what types of food you can or cannot eat,</title>
      <description>My eldest child is obese and has a lot of medical proplems. She has somethng call Factor 5x, diabeties because of the weight, asthma, sleep apnea.
&amp;nbsp;
She told me today that you can not eat head lettuce if you are a diabetic. Is that true???
&amp;nbsp;
We eat lettuce often in my home. My Grand daughter, becky Sue could eat it every day.
Can some one help me with this?</description>
