      <title>can't take statins--now what ???</title>
      <description>Lots of heart disease in family.. (I am 73 with &quot;normal&quot; stress test)
Cardiologist wants my LDL lower that 100..
Vytorin did great but got some muscle soreness.( negative for rhabomyolysis ? spelling)
after 4 months on Zetia only-total cholesterol 213 and HDL 56, LDL 130.
I exercise 3 x week  at health club and walk 30 min. other days.</description>
