ABOUT ME:

I have groin pain that radiates to my hip top of thigh and butt. I have had this pain since I had my incisional hernia repaired, open with mesh. May will be 2 years since I had the surgery and the pain since surgery is the same or worse. I also have bulging disc from L/3 L/4 L/5 S/1. I have had 3 epidurals, two fluoroscopic guided. Each time I get some relief the first series, didn't last long the second series lasted a little longer. But the pain was worse when the second series wore off,and now I am afraid because I should be feeling a little better by now after finishing my third series I don't want more surgery.But I cant live with this pain and I think at this point I would like to see if releasing the nerve or nerves in my groin would produce the relief I so much need. My Doctor wants to try lidocaine infusions next but I haven't had enough feed back or read enough about it to make a decision to try it. HELP
