It's march of 2003 and after a lot of doctor visits, My doctor tells me I have RA, with a SED rate of over 250, He puts me on an agressive 14 mg methotrexate plan.

I won a lottery slot for Ironman 2011 at KONA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It has still not set in as of yet however as time passes I know much training is still needed and it will set in.

Just found another atricle on suppressed immune systems because of extreme training. When will doctors see the correlation and not prescribe meds but tell you while your in pain now you need to sign up for an Ironman or a marathon, Would that be take two marathons and call me after you cross the finishline??

When I was dealing with Ra I remember I had to climb stairs one step at a time, I had to lay my socks on the carpet and push my foot into it becaues I couldn't grasp, I had to remove my laces from my work boots and only use rubber bands to keep them laced.
