Rx became more of a problem than pain. Spiraled out of control. Always new the drug use would have to end, but never knew how, or when that would happen. When the drugs "didnt work" anymore, I knew that I had to face the fact that I was a Percocet addict. Not a pretty picture to have of oneself ! My Dr. referred me to a certified Suboxone Dr. This Dr - I'll call him Dr.G, started my Suboxone Rx on a Monday. Im writing this on Thurs, & I realize that its been 4 days since my last Percocet !! Big difference from 10-15 10mg tablets per day !! When I think of it now it makes me sick. How did I appear to others when I was like that ?? I,ve confided in few outside my family & Dr - Im very lucky to find I have a great support system. If I didnt, I dont think I could have come this far. I'll continue to hope & pray that each day will bring me closer to a drug-free forever !!PHOTOS:
