There was no such thing as a day off, in fact I have not had a vacation in twenty plus years. The 3 weeks of vacation time that I get I always sell it back to the company. If I wasn't at my public job, I was at home tending to animals, mowing, gardening, and etc. And of course there is the housework you know moping, laundry and cooking. A woman's work is never done!
