I have schizophrenia. I'm trying to lose weight. It's a slow process, but I'm determined to get where I want to be. I've been eating very healthfully along with going to the gym. But I dread going to the gym sometimes. I just try not to push myself too hard, so I don't quit.PHOTOS:
