      <title>New physical disability new challenges</title>
      <description>I had my jaw removed and replaced with my fibula. A lot of nerve damage and swelling 5 years later. I was always active but not so go with nurtition. Now I am better with nurtition but unable to exercise due to my disability. I have a great arobic/cardio program but I am having difficulty adjusting the strength section to my needs.
