I am now taking 5 Byetta and 2.5 Glyburide in the am and 5 Byetta in the pm. My evening sugars drop to 48,72,86, i hour after taking Byetta in pm only. Can I only take the am and skip the pm? I am currently taking Byetta twice a day but have very uncomfortable side effects such as nausea and vomiting. SHould I continue on this regiment or should I stop and go on insulin? I'm not sure of the differences?
