      <description>I am now taking 5 Byetta and 2.5 Glyburide in the am and 5 Byetta in the pm.&amp;nbsp; My evening sugars drop to 48,72,86, i hour after taking Byetta in pm only.&amp;nbsp; Can I only take the am and skip the pm?&amp;nbsp; My sugars are running pretty well during the day after starting out at around 125.&amp;nbsp; But my pm are a mess with the lows and I can&amp;#39;t keep eating to bring them up.&amp;nbsp; any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; Please?&amp;nbsp;Peg</description>

      <description>I am currently taking Byetta twice a day but have very uncomfortable side effects such as nausea and vomiting.&amp;nbsp; SHould I continue on this regiment or should I stop and go on insulin?&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m not sure of the differences?</description>
