ABOUT ME:

I am 41 and my father who is 82 is in the moderate/severe stage of alzheimers/dementia. He is currently in a care home in AZ but am working on getting him back to the chicago area to be closer to family and loved ones. I need help with elder care law and any information about how it is very beneficial to a person with alzheimers to be close to family. I am in a semi legal battle with my uncle who is also my fathers POA. If anyone has any articles or info that would help me into bringing my father home it would be greatly appreciated.
