ED following prostatectomy, worsening after lumbar fusion surgery

At age 50 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I had a successful nerve sparing surgery. Later back fusion surgery was done with an anterior approach resulting in worsening ED. I am reluctant to use injections. A combination of oral meds and rubber rings gives a less than satisfactory result.
