Medically retired in 2003 with MS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction, Arthritis, and RLS. Was on Copaxone for 18 months, then insurance would not pay enough and could not afford copay, and my symptoms were progressing anyway. So we just treat the pain and other symptoms. I knit/crochet and have a home business making homemade aromatherapy products (bath gels, oils, etc) and healing gemstone jewelry and in process of revamping website www.jaecees.com. I also color a lot-a great therapy for pain and it is kind of a meditation! My husband and I are Reiki Masters and without Reiki my symptoms would be 10 times worse. My husband uses other energy healing modalities as well as Reiki and he is so talented at helping people. My cats are the only people I see generally; I don't have any friends since I stopped working-all my friends were from work and they just stopped calling and writing almost as soon as I retired. So my cats fill in, and I bask in their unconditional love. I would brag on my kids, but I won't. So that is pretty much my life now with MS.
