Hello, hoping to get the latest news on this drug. I was on several medications while in the hospital, of one which was Paxil. I gained 23 lbs in 8 days. My then Dr. changed my med to Seroquel XR instead of Paxil, of which I take 50mgs 3x a day. I have gained 65lbs since late August 09. What happens if I stop... Read more Chevron
