I've had migraine or tension headache since I was about 19. I'm in my early 30s now. When I hit 30 is when the migramonster really came out to play. He decided to take a prominent role in my life and make it miserable. He succeeded for a while . . .I let him have his fun. But then in late 2005 I started to fight back with a vengeance. It was a struggle and in 2006 I really added a weapon to my fighting regime. In 2007 I fell on my face and twisted my neck in the process which made him think he had the upper hand. Since then, we've been on pretty even playing grounds. I'm trying to chart my next attack so I can beat him down again. My great grandmother, grandmother, mother, and sister all have battled with the migramonster. He just won't go away. I fear reproducing and having a daughter because she might have to fight him too.PHOTOS:
