ABOUT ME:

I am a 49 yr old female, who was like so many others, an active, vibrant, wife & mom, and loved my job as a 911 operator for 25+ yrs. After a fall..and 4 failed back surgeries, becoming more ill it seemed every day, was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Add that to OA, RA and chronic migraines, life has become difficult, yet I try very hard to stay positive. About 3 months ago my back went out and I fell backwards down stairs, breaking my foot, spraining both ankles and a wrist and cracking an elbow..which seemed to, if that wasn't bad enough, bring on what seems to be a constant state of flare. My life has been turned upside down..and though I have memories of a normal life, it's been years since I've experienced it.
