very concerned

during the night I wake up with severe headaches, I've just been told I have obstructive sleep apnea. I've been put on a breathing machine at night however my blood pressure is getting worse and only during the night and mornings. This morning at 6 am it was 196/106. I took an extra bp pill before bed and agian at 3 am. Its starting to really scare me.
