At the time I thought she was nuts, but she was right, because it shows my immune system is behaving at last, at least a bit!   I came off Imuran six weeks ago, because it was wrecking my liver, and has given me dehydration problems too. As with the other DMARDs I've been on, I've got a thumping headache, and general feeling of being coshed, but it's much worse when I take the Prednisone. I take codeine & paracetamol to cope with the pain, and 10mg amatriptyline at night to get to sleep.
