I'm living with bipolar disorder. I suffered with depression for many years until I was finally diagnosed with BD. I guess this is typical of most with this diagnosis (it takes years to come to it). As my nickname denotes, I'm trying very hard to help myself stay stable (sometimes it can be a very difficult struggle), and I consider myself always involved in the learning process (including learning how to reach out to others) I'm working hard at understanding myself and my illness.PHOTOS:
