A former registered nurse, I am now a writer and poet who has been living the roller coaster ride of Bipolar Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder for quite some time. Diagnosed about 15 years ago, while serving in the Army as an Intelligence Analyst, I have navigated the waves of Bipolar Disorder sometimes more successfully than other times. My experience with mental health subjects comes from my own personal experience and studies. I am sharing my experiences here on the Health Central website in case they may be helpful in some way to readers.
