The mountains are green, the rivers are full, the flowers are in full bloom and I've been in remission for about 4 four weeks now....So why am I feeling so blue.  I can usually smile my way through the down periods but I just can't seem to shake this off. The bigger picture just seems to keep getting bigger and bigger and BIGGER. It's a beautiful cloudy day here in the Rockies. They call this Gods Country, I guess because at 9,000ft we're pretty close to the old man himself. LOL Try to remember everyday to take amoment or two just for yourself; meditation, a good book, soulfull music...anything that takes your spirit to a higher place.
